Living here in Idaho with my husband Bret and my two kids Tanner and Megan is an adventure of its own. When I want to mix it up, I, like many people, love to spend my adventures outside. Living in Idaho and having year round outside activities has inspired me to come up with the perfect arm warmer. With the changes in temperature from early mornings to late evenings, spring through winter, it's a challenge to dress just right for the weather.
I'm lucky enough to have a husband that enjoys a thrill as much as I do. We have done several running, mountain bike, and adventure races together. We have hiked Mt. Rainier, the Tetons, King's Peak, Mount Borah and other mountains in the West. We love rock climbing in City of Rocks, rafting the Snake and Salmon Rivers, backcountry skiing anywhere. We ski at our local resort here in Pocatello as well as Sun Valley and Targhee.
I have loved having my arm warmers in many of these adventures. Most recently my sister and I were mountain biking in Moab, UT. When you are up biking early in the morning on the "Whole Enchilada" riding in snow at 11,000 feet and it's cold and shady, a few hours later you drop about 4,000 feet, the sun is warming you up, you're working up a sweat and you slip them right off. Ahhh, perfect!!!
I have also made arm warmers out of desperation for my kids to wear for their cold soccer or football games or when we are out hiking or biking. They love them!
We hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do.
